We do not have any vacancies at the moment, but we are always looking for teachers to join our cover team short-term teaching work on our General English (morning, afternoon and evening) and Exam English (full-day and afternoon IELTS preparation) courses. This role comes with a zero-hour contract, but depending on our needs and your performance, it may lead to a more permanent position. The ideal candidate has varied teaching experience, and is familiar with a range of e-learning platforms.
As a cover teacher, you will normally work when our core staff is not available. This may mean work on short notice.

All teachers are required to have a minimum of a Level 6 qualification (first university degree), and an initial teacher training qualification (TEFLI) accredited by the British Council (CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent).

An appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate will be required prior to confirmation of appointment. Applicants will also be checked against the Barring List and the Prohibited List for Life.
A certificate of good conduct will be required from all countries where you have resided for at least six months in the past five years.
